Paul Mayers works with a team of associates from a range of disciplines, from senior leadership practitioners to young creative professionals from Adelaide’s vibrant cultural sector.
Together, we collaborate with organisations to transform the way they operate, helping them to think big and achieve their ambitions, whilst maintaining their unique qualities. We have worked successfully across sectors and in a range of contexts, including IT Transformation, engineering, university & education, charity & not-for-profit, cultural and community.
Paul has established & led social enterprises in the UK and Australia, with a focus on employment outcomes for young people. He is a fellow of the Governor’s Leadership Foundation (FGLF 2020) and is studying a Master’s in Management.
