About us
Led directly by Paul Mayers.
I’m Paul Mayers, and I work directly with the organisations Mayers Consulting partners with.
I help people build effective workplaces and strong communities, drawing on experience across leadership development, consulting and coaching. My approach is hands-on: when you work with Mayers Consulting, you work with me.
I’ve worked across sectors and contexts including IT transformation, engineering, university and education, and the charity and not-for-profit sector, helping organisations think big and achieve their ambitions while holding onto what makes them distinct.
Before founding Mayers Consulting, I established and led social enterprises in the UK and Australia, with a focus on financially sustainable social outcomes. I’m a Fellow of the Governor’s Leadership Foundation (2020) and hold a Master’s in Management.
